Technology plays a key role for ABB and all its activities all over the world working to develop unique technologies that make our customers more competitive, while minimizing environmental impact.

Business Challenge

Lack of awareness to organize enterprise wide data into useful information created many business challenges and affected productivity. Also they faced issues with the overall IT management. Needed a clear, integrated website strategy to attract customers and future employees. Needed a comprehensive Knowledge Management structure to support collaboration and IP retention.

Project Highlights

The entire IT infrastructure and management processes were analysed and a report was created on the gaps in the system. Our IT architects and business analysts converged on best practices thoughts and created a blueprint on IT ecosystem. We helped develop metrics and measures. We enabled Linking of the Internet Strategic Planning With Corporate Strategic Planning. A broad range of stakeholders were involved, and were very supportive of the process and the strategic directions recommended. The KM framework we developed was based on the client’s objectives and used latest technologies for speed and accuracy of data converted into decision-making content.
